Tecumseth Lofts
766 King St W, Toronto
This former commercial building was converted into Tecumseth Lofts in 1998 by Walter Harhay who is known for many other Toronto loft projects including Zen Lofts, 169 John, and 66 Portland. The Tecumseth Lofts have very functional layouts. Most lofts have outdoor space, exposed concrete ceilings, hardwood floors and exposed ductwork. Sadly, there are only 28 lofts in this building and the neighbourhood is in high demand.
