This building is sure to tickle your fancy. It's one of my personal favourites. The building has been superbly restored by Canderel Stoneridge. The red brick and yellow wooden posts are so rich with character you cannot help falling in love with this building. Originally The Massey Harris head office and converted in 2003 to 46 unique lofts. The penthouse units resemble newer soft lofts as they are an extension above the original structure. In 2005 all listings SOLD for over asking. Hats off to the designers Cicconi Simone and Canderel Stoneridge for this wonderful job. Another Mr LOFT personal favourites.
