Robert Watson Lofts
363 Sorauren Ave & 369 Sorauren Ave, Toronto
Robert Watson Lofts is one of our favourite loft buildings and is considered by many to be one of the top 10 authentic loft buildings in Toronto. Located in the Roncesvalles Village neighbourhood, just next door to the Columbus Lofts and the Sorauren Lofts, this former confectioner's manufacturing plant was converted into hard lofts in 2007 with a soft loft extension added to the back of the building. Residents of Robert Watson Lofts enjoy close proximity to Sorauren Park with its popular farmer's market and off-leash dog area, High Park and the TTC.
