I am happy to recommend Arvin as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for a new home We were happy in our beautiful rented Roncesvalles house but wanted our own space. Semidetached houses were out of our affordability range, but Arvin showed us the perfect fit in High Park/Swansea. A 3 +1 apartment on two floors, fully renovated and with a Toronto skyline view. It feels like living in a house but with the benefits a Condominium. I would describe Arvin as a highly attentive agent, he returned all phone calls and emails immediately.
