Colleen's knowledge of the city's house market made her a real asset to our purchasing process. Switching from a loft to a house, we had lots to learn. As a mom, she offered us soon-to-be parents interior design and room layout ideas that were reflective of our needs. Within days we had multiple interested parties, and we sold in just over a week, for our desired price. We would never use another agent in Toronto, and we would never allow friends to use anyone else! Colleen is a wonderful agent.
