There are quite a few restaurants to choose from around 301 Markham St. Some good places to grab a bite are Tav's Gnocchi Pizza Bar and Taverniti. Venture a little further for a meal at Zitto Zitto Taverna, Bitondo's Pizzeria or Restaurant Pompette. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Second Cup Cafe located at 340 College Street. Groceries can be found at FreshCo which is not far and you'll find Stephanian Pharmacy a short distance away as well. Cineforum and The Royal Cinema are both in close proximity to Ideal Lofts and can be a great way to spend some down time. For nearby green space, Bellevue Square Park, Alexandra Park and Harry Gairey Rink could be good to get out of your loft and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk. As for close-by schools, Toronto District School Board and Westside Montessori School are not far from 301 Markham St.

Transit riders take note, 301 Markham St is only steps away to the closest TTC Light RailStop (COLLEGE ST AT BATHURST ST) with (Bus) route 306 Carlton, and (Light Rail) route 506 Carlton. BATHURST STATION - WESTBOUND PLATFORM Subway is also a 11-minute walk. Residents of Ideal Lofts also have decent access to Gardiner Expressway, which is within a few minutes drive getting on and off at Rees St.
