Ideal Lofts
The Ideal Lofts are one of my favourite buildings, it's proximity to UofT and Little Italy make it an easy sell. While Ideal Lofts has no amenities this will help keep maintenance fees in check. The "Ideal Lofts" offers typical soft loft features like concrete ceilings, engineered hardwood floors and functional layouts. It has a mix of both two storey and one storey lofts. With only 68 lofts this building is the perfect size for creating an intimate friendly environment. Interior designs feature exposed concrete ceilings, engineered hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, nook kitchens with lots of counter space, and a mix of terraces and Juliette balconies. The building amenities are designed for the social side of life with a lot of great ways to relax after a busy work week.

Some good places to grab a bite are Firehouse Subs, Popeyes or Alice Restaurant & Bar. Venture a little further for a meal at one of Little Italy neighbourhood's restaurants. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Simon's Coffee located at 106-474 College St. For groceries there is FreshCo which is not far.
If you are reliant on transit, don't fear, 301 Markham St has a public transit Bus Stop (College St at Bathurst St) only steps away. It also has route Carlton, and route Carlton close by. Residents of Ideal Lofts also have decent access to Gardiner Expressway, which is within a few minutes drive getting on and off at Rees St.
