What we know about Metro Lofts:

Located at 119 and 139 Merton Street, The Metro is a soft loft known for their dramatic 18-foot ceilings and south-facing units flooded with natural light, offering residents some spectacular views of the greenbelt and the city’s downtown skyline. Built in 2014, the complex houses 96 suites and the twin towers are joined by a five-storey podium. Animal lovers and the storage-obsessed will appreciate the building’s pet-friendly policy and large storage lockers. With the exception of the first-floor units, these Toronto lofts feature a striking 2-level loft layout. Suites are offered in 1-bedroom and penthouse varieties and range from 570 to 1,280 square feet, so there really is something for everyone. If it’s a dose of culture you’re looking for, the Al Green Gallery, Canadian Fine Arts and Cineplex Canada Square are just a short stroll away. If you need a breath of fresh air, The Metro is only a few minutes’ walk from great parks like June Rowlands Park, Glebe Manor Square West and Oriole Park. The Metro is just steps to the Davisville subway station. For drivers, the closest highway is the Don Valley Pkwy via Bayview Avenue.
