One of Toronto's most affordable hard loft buildings. The Noble Court Lofts are located just off of Queen West, slightly west of the trendy Drake Hotel. This brick and beam hard loft was rezoned to permit live and work lofts around 1995. There are 20 first come first serve parking spaces. The building is known to have poor sound insulation although some owners have made improvements to their units. Lots of character and great prices.
