Tip Top Lofts
The Tip Top Tailor building is a historic property located near Toronto's Waterfront. It's hard to miss this building with its massive bright red Tip Top Tailors sign hovering above the building. Built-in 1929 by Bishop & Miller, the Art Deco building was originally a warehouse and office facility for the Toronto clothing retailer. Converted in 2005, Tip Top Tailors units are tastefully finished. The lower floors offer original hard lofts with massive mushroom concrete pillars while the new upper floors are modern soft lofts. Certain units have a wonderful view of the yacht club. The Tip Top is bound to benefit from ongoing city plans to revamp the waterfront.
