It has routes 365 PARLIAMENT NIGHT BUS running from 05:27 am to 04:57 am, and65 PARLIAMENT running from 05:25 am to 01:55 am. If you're driving, you'll have easy access to the rest of Toronto by way of Gardiner Expressway as well, which is only a 2-minute drive using on and off ramps on Parliament St.
